We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Trysho (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

They are the same as the description, I have been using them for a few weeks now, they are comfortable. Indicate that the closing strip yields very quickly and since the brooch is very fair, when moving the strip to adapt it, the fabric is raised a little. I understand that for the price of the shoes, it is normal that they have these small defects.

Took 39 eur, I have a bit bigger foot but when it comes to dancing shoes its better if they are smaller size to fit corretly. They look 100% same as in the picture. They dont include spare Diamonds or heel cover just to be aware. Shoe has nice comfortable cushioning. Looking forward to try them on the dance floor.

Great shoes! Soft, comfortable. For me they are a little wide in the bones, but this is not essential. I recommend it to everyone. The rhinestones are attached tightly. Beauty!
The shoes are wonderful! There's nothing to wonder. Very fast shipping was due 22.11.2012 and yesterday (15.11.2023) the courier was already at my place. I was worried if they would be good or if they could get wedding corrections, but unnecessarily. I took a size of 10.5 which corresponds to a 26.5 cm insert. For everyday stretchers 40/41 size but looking at pictures of others I preferred to be a bit slack than my finger would stick out. It is a pity that I did not get the covers for the film and spare sequins, but maybe somewhere I can buy and a small spot from the glue on one being. I will definitely come back for another couple❤️
The shoes are very nice, well built, true to size, stable, comfortable, and look exactly like in the pictures. The rhinestones came intact and they seem to be well glued. I cannot wait to dance in them.

Shoes divinely beautiful 6 cm heel-comfortable as slippers! I get high from them, I don't even rent at home Foot 24,5 cm, ordered 7,5 size. Sat down comfortably, do not rub or dangle. Although there is free space under the silicone pad. I think, if I took size 7 in length, it would not be critical. I usually wear size 37 shoes. Delivery is fast, arrived in Kamchatka in two weeks-it's very fast for us! Thank you for this joy!!!
Very nice, like the photos. I wear a size 38 and I have a small pelin in front, I will have to return. Otherwise the sole looks fluffy and comfortable, the strips fit well. Hooking them seems a bit difficult to me but a matter of practice I suppose.
Has exceeded expectations for the better. Shipping ahead of schedule, very well packed, padded sole and very comfortable. I have forgotten to take a photo of how they are placed, but I really am looking forward to releasing them how comfortable they are, and perfect size according to the size chart. kinda comfortable out of the box, the front strap rubs a bit in the toes. I'll stretch them with some socks and wear them to a dance class and will update after. size is bigger than 38.5, more like 39 or 39.5
