Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Wildly cool backpack. Very cute straps and many pockets inside. Looks small outside, but there is plenty of space inside. Of the minuses: not very convenient to open. Walked for a long time. There were minor problems in the delivery. I wrote to the store in the evening and he answered in the morning (apparently it was night in China). The problem was solved.

Received the backpack ahead of schedule. The color is not the same as ordered. In my order, the backpack was with wallet, in the same color. For some reason, they sent me a backpack not of the same color as I ordered, and the wallet was put to it in color as in the order. I don't understand it. Sometimes the rivets fell off despite being magnetic, luckily I found them, then one of them burst, the backpack itself is good
