Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Very good, does not ask for anything from a rigid refrigerator. Easy to carry, comfortable, looks sturdy and lasts enough ice. I went fishing and took the backpack, went out to the 3:30 and returned to the 8:00 there was still half a carry bag left, there would have been more ice but we used it for soft drinks. I liked it a lot, the backpack does not drain the melting ice, the bottom is moistened but it is due to condensation, but you do not feel the humidity when wearing it, you also don't feel the cold on your back, it feels something fresh but not cold. It fits perfectly a bag of Oxxo ice, a 3-liter coca, a liter and a half water, about 6 cans of beer. If you empty the bag instead of putting it whole, more things come in. You can also carry some extra bottles on the sides, it includes an opener. The front bag stored my phone without causing problems.
Is a good backpack. Gives the impression of being fragile, but I put a lot of stuff inside her and she supports it.
