Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Wanted to buy a small handbag for the phone and keys. Received an elegant handbag with which you can go not only for a walk, but also go to the theater or museum. Stitched neatly, the zippers are covered with a protective film. Two large compartments, one has a small zippered pocket, the second one has a non-zippered pocket. The bottom on four metal "legs-buttons", holds the shape. The strap is adjustable in length. It looks like it's genuine leather, possibly pressed. I don't know that. The main thing is that the packaging was reliable! Thanks to the store for your respect for the product! They promised to bring the order before February 9, but on January 15, the order arrived at the Moscow Post Office. Very satisfied with the purchase.
