Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The order was placed 06.06.24, received 17.06.24. Came in a small bag and the box is a little dented, but this did not affect the product in any way. The watch is interesting, a little unusual after the fitness tracker (mi bow 3). Photo can be installed by yourself. A little need to delve into the settings to connect notifications to watsapp, witer, etc. In general, I will understand further, while I like it.
As described. Don't know yet if it will connect to the phone but we will see.. The box was slightly damaged but the item is okay. Also the box hasn't had a manufacturer packaging foils on the box so I suggest it was opened before. The item got two different straps silicone and metal ones, opening tool, charger..
