The product is as described. Not well packaged, the box arrived a little smashed and without cellophane protection. In addition to that the product has an scratch. The color is cool brown (greyish brown) suitable for contouring creating shadows. It is not a bronzer (warm brown). It is blendable although it is not very watery (it is a little thick). The product arrived on time. I didn't have communication with the seller but it was not necessary.
