Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Arrived fast, it was easy to install and worked perfectly. Came well packed, but the box came a little marked, I believe that because of the shipping company and not the seller, but the piece itself, arrived in perfect use!!!

I received the card, but it came without the memory and processor, but I requested a refund for the amount of the memory and the processor that did not come and was answered promptly. In the end was solved. Only the customs duty of Brazil which is very high, came out almost in the value of the product, but this is not the fault of the company.

The motherboard very well and fast shipping but not working, the computer does not give signal, quick and smooth return a voucher issued for the total purchase on the same day and I buy again if I am more lucky
Product arrived super fast, in excellent condition, well packed, very good protective box. I was taxed by the Brazil post office, but even so, the cost benefits pays a lot. I have already assembled the kit and everything tested and working. I recommend it.
Machinist I would say it's a security. Excellent card and zero problems with compatibility between video card and network card. Among other things, the pile contained inside. CPU as described and also RAM. I hope it lasts a few years. Slightly ruined box but nothing special. Super fast delivery arrived in just over a week.
