Somewhat Small
Took on height 190, weight 94. I have a Russian size of 52-54. Narrow waist, wide shoulders. Size 6XL sat back to back and wear only on the T-shirt. If you want on a jacket, then for me it's 7 XL. And I would like to be more authentic than centimeters by 3-4.

Nice vest. I took the size 4XL, I have a height of 176, a weight of 75 kg. On a jumper or windbreaker just right. If you wear a T-shirt, you can take a smaller size. The waistcoat is very warm, more suitable for either the windy coast (where a strong wind) or for the mountain. I took to wear on the White Sea, there are always strong winds. For residents of such areas and for business travelers I recommend.
